#Afflictions, #Righteous,#Trials of Life,#Faith in God
Psalms 34:19 says, "Many are the afflictions of the righteous: but the Lord delivereth him out of them all." This is a scripture with promise.
Afflictions are going to come to those that walk up right. The Saint has to know that tribulation worketh patience and patience experience, and experience and hope and hope maketh not ashamed. The Bible says it like this, "And not only so, but we glory in tribulations also: knowing that tribulation worketh patience; And patience, experience, and experience hope: And hope maketh not ashamed; because the love of God is shed abroad in our hearts by the Holy Ghost which is given unto us." Romans 5:3-5.
Trials come to make the believer strong. Strong in what? Strong in faith towards the Lord. For the Bible says without faith it is impossible to please God.
The Lord wants to bless His people and make ways for them. The people of God must have faith not just when things are good, but when it's time to go through. According to the scriptures, the Lord will deliver His people out of their afflictions. And, not some of the afflictions, but all the afflictions. The Word says, 'but the Lord delivereth him out of them all'. Oh, praise God! This is good news.
David said it like this, "It is good for me that I have been afflicted; that I might learn thy statues." Psalms 119:71. When the believer goes through with the Lord, he or she learns the ways of the Lord. The believer will learn how to let patience have its perfect work. The believer will learn to trust in the Lord. And this is a good thing.
In Psalm 120:1 it says, "In my distress I cried unto the Lord, and he heard me". Praise the Lord.
To the believer, keep on believing. Do not allow the afflictions of life to make you stop trusting in the Lord. The Lord will deliver you ON TIME.
What does the song say, "can't nobody do me like Jesus, can't nobody do me like the Lord, can't nobody do me like Jesus, He's my friend".
Be blessed.
