#Not Wise,#What if,Church Attendance,#Unwise

"And he said to them all, If any man will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross daily, and follow me.  For whosoever will save his life shall lose it: but whosoever will lose his life for my sake, the same shall save it".  St. Luke 9:23,24 ******************************* It is unwise to put what you want to do, feel like doing or desire to do above the Lord.   Not wise .  Someone did not go to Church today because he or she did not 'feel' like it.  Someone did not go or will not go because he or she had something else they wanted to do.   Not wise . What if the Lord 'did not feel like it'?  How would you breathe?  How would you walk?  How would you talk? The same God you ignore on Sunday is the same God that will wake you up on Monday to go to work.  Do you treat your job better than you treat the Lord? Holiness Living

My prayer is that the People of God will not get weary of living holy.  It seems like there is a spirit that is making some of the Saints grow tired of praying, fasting, studying the Bible, going to Church regularly, witnessing, living a clean life.  Seems like more and more I hear of Saints wanting to or actually going to movies, dances, even drinking (just a little they say).  And then there are the children of the Saints.  The young people seem more interested in the world than the work of the Lord or just the Lord Himself. There is too much back biting, lying, and sin going on.  How can the Church witness to the world if the Church want to be like the world?  What happened to altar calls?  Elders laying hands?   All night prayer meetings?  Tarrying at the altar?  I fear that the electronic world (TV, computers, I phones, text messages,email,instagram, twitter) has loosed a spirit among the people that is going to take over the Spir...
