This is day that the Lord has made.  Let us rejoice and be glad in it.

This is a good day to decide to obey the Gospel of Jesus Christ and live the God chosen abundant life.   If you have health, strength, family, needs being met, this is a good day to tell the Lord thank you and obey His word. If you lack health, strength, family, needs being met, come to the Lord.  For he has said he shall supply all our need according to His riches in glory (Philippians 4:19).

Jesus loves you.  He just can not condone sin.  Why?  For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord (Romans 6:23).  And, Jesus did not come for anyone to die, but so that men can live.

I get asked all the time, how to do this, have a happy life.  My response, 'its all in Jesus'.  For in Jesus, He makes things alright.  Even in the midst of life's storms, He makes things all right. He's a keeper for He has said "Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on thee: because he trusteth in thee" (Isaiah 26:3).  When one decides to obey the Word of the Lord that is a form of trusting the Lord.  If one is disobeying the Word of the Lord, there is no trust in the Lord.  There is no peace in distrust.

Life can begin new for you today.  Obey the Gospel and live.

"Now when the heard this they were pricked in their heart, and said unto Peter and to the rest of the apostles, men and brethren, what shall we do?  Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost.  For the promise is unto you, and to your children, and to all that are afar off, even as many as the Lord our God shall call."  Acts 2:37-39.

#A Lot of Singing,#Shouting,#Tongue Talking,#Playing

Music was one of the things that drew me to want to go to Church when I was not saved.   I use to love to hear and 'feel' the spirit of the songs.  Back then, the singers would sing unto the Lord.  They were not paid to sing.  They were not seeking recording contracts.  They would sing unto the Lord.  The would sing about the Lord.  So, when one went to hear the singers, your soul got touched whether you wanted it to or not. I can remember going to the Holiness Churches.  The praise was different too.  When the Saints praised God back then, it was real.  When the Saints did dance 'in the Spirit', it was real.  You could feel it.  There was always this 'presence' in the Holiness Church that I could not explain....then.  But that presence kind of held you captive, whether you wanted it o or not.  And, sometimes Church would go on for hours, but no one cared.  And, if one of the Saints said something to you that the Lord gave them for you, you knew it and felt it

"For I testify unto every man that heareth the words of the prophecy of this book, If any man shall add unto these things, God shall add unto him the plagues that are written in this book: And if any man shall take away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away his part out of the book of life, and out of the holy city, and from the things which are written in this book."   Revelations 22:18-19 The scriptures are plain.  The Bible is not to be played with.  The words written in it are to be taught and preached unto the soul of men.  To add to the what the Lord has already said will bring plagues upon man kind.  To take away from what the word says, will cause a person's part in the holy city (Heaven) to be removed.  So, why would anyone try and change what the Bible says?  Cute sayings do not lead a soul to salvation.  It takes the Word preached and taught.  The Bible says specifically that the word is God ( John 1:1 ).   The Bible says specifical
