#Holy Ghost Power,#Spirit,#Truth,#Energy

The other day, I had a person tell me that they are into energy.  They told me they believe in energy and not some spirit that is over 2000 years old.  They told me that the 2000 year old spirit is out dated now.

Everything in me stood up!!  What kind of spirit is going around now misleading people?  If it ever was a time for the Church to be the Church it is now.  If there ever was a time for the Saints to stand and be Saints it is now.  If there ever was a time for the Holiness to show forth, it is now.

The Bible says "And, every spirit that confesseth not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is not of God: and this is that spirit of antichrist, whereof ye have heard that it should come; and even now already is it in the world."  I John 4:3    Jude 8 says, "likewise also these filthy dreamers defile the flesh, despise dominion, and speak evil of dignities.  Verse 17-19 says, "But beloved, remember ye the words which were spoken before of the apostles of out Lord Jesus Christ; How that they told you there should be mockers in the last time, who should walk after their own ungodly lusts.  These be they who separate themselves, sensual, having not the Spirit."

In the Name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, seek the Lord!  There is no other power able to save than the power of the Holy Ghost.  There is no other power that is able to deliver a soul from sin but the power of the Holy Ghost.  The Holy Ghost is the spirit of God.  And, Jesus Christ is God manifested in the flesh.   Act 1:8 says, "But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judea, and in Samaria and unto the uttermost part of the earth."  Romans 8:9b says, "Now if any man have not the Spirit of Christ, he is none of his."

Definition:   energy- any source of usable power
                               the ability to act, lead other, effect, etc., forcefully

What is 'any source of power' compared with the power of God?  Psalms 62:11, "God hath spoken once; twice have I heard this; that power belongeth unto God:.

#A Lot of Singing,#Shouting,#Tongue Talking,#Playing

Music was one of the things that drew me to want to go to Church when I was not saved.   I use to love to hear and 'feel' the spirit of the songs.  Back then, the singers would sing unto the Lord.  They were not paid to sing.  They were not seeking recording contracts.  They would sing unto the Lord.  The would sing about the Lord.  So, when one went to hear the singers, your soul got touched whether you wanted it to or not. I can remember going to the Holiness Churches.  The praise was different too.  When the Saints praised God back then, it was real.  When the Saints did dance 'in the Spirit', it was real.  You could feel it.  There was always this 'presence' in the Holiness Church that I could not explain....then.  But that presence kind of held you captive, whether you wanted it o or not.  And, sometimes Church would go on for hours, but no one cared.  And, if one of the Saints said something to you that the Lord gave them for you, you knew it and felt it

"For I testify unto every man that heareth the words of the prophecy of this book, If any man shall add unto these things, God shall add unto him the plagues that are written in this book: And if any man shall take away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away his part out of the book of life, and out of the holy city, and from the things which are written in this book."   Revelations 22:18-19 The scriptures are plain.  The Bible is not to be played with.  The words written in it are to be taught and preached unto the soul of men.  To add to the what the Lord has already said will bring plagues upon man kind.  To take away from what the word says, will cause a person's part in the holy city (Heaven) to be removed.  So, why would anyone try and change what the Bible says?  Cute sayings do not lead a soul to salvation.  It takes the Word preached and taught.  The Bible says specifically that the word is God ( John 1:1 ).   The Bible says specifical
