As a preacher called by God to preach His word, there are no options to change it. The Word of God speaks specifically to the sin of two men and two women being together. It is not judging when the Word of God is the basis of determining what his right and what is wrong. As a preacher of the Gospel, I do not want to see anyone lost or living a lie. Hell is real. Those that die in sin will go to hell. That is not judging. That is a Bible reality. The Bible says the soul that sinneth shall die (Ezekiel 18:4b). The Bible says the wages of sin is death ( Romans 6:23).
The problem with same sex relationships is the failure to call it sin. Leviticus 18:22 says, "thou shalt not lie with mankind as with womankind: it is an abomination." Romans 1:27 says, "and likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust one toward another; men with men working that which is unseemly, and receiving in themselves that recompence of their error which was meet."
This is the one sin man is trying to make alright. Man still calls killing wrong (for now). Man still calls stealing wrong (for now). Man still calls abuse and attacking someone wrong (for now). These three the Church can call sin and there would be no complaining of judging. But when it comes to same sex relationships, the Church is said to be judging when its called sin or wrong.
God was here before man. The Bible says in the beginning God created the Heavens and the earth. When the Jews questions Jesus about Abraham, Jesus told them, "verily, verily, I say unto you, before Abraham was, I am." - John 8:58. In the beginning was the Word and the Word was with God and the Word was God (John 1:1). Therefore, when the word speaks to something that is the final say. In Galatians 5:19-21 lists some of the works of the flesh. Mark 7:20-23 lists those things which come out of a mans heart that defiles him. All these things are called evil. This is why mankind needs Jesus. Jesus came to save and set captives free. But Jesus can not free a soul that will not repent from the sin in his or her life. The blood Jesus shed on Calvary works through repentance to clean a soul up from sin.
To judge means to establish ones own opinion of something. A Saint of God believes the Bible is right. When a Saint of God is faced with anything that goes contrary to the Bible, the Saint is going to see it the way the Bible teaches. Standing on and living according to the Bible is not judging. It is standing and living based on the truth. "Sanctify them through thy truth they word is truth" - John 17:17. "
Everyone is not going to Heaven. For those that want to go, you have to live right according to the word of God....the Bible. No one can change this. No one.
For God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved. He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God. John 3:16-18
