The Lord is so good.  Woke up this morning with my mind stayed on Jesus.  There are no words to describe how good He is.

"Open ye the gates, that the righteous nation which keepeth the truth may enter in.  Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on thee: because he trusteth in thee.  Trust ye in the Lord for ever: for in the Lord Jehovah is everlasting strength:"  Isaiah 26:2-4

The scriptures is saying the gates will be open to the righteous because they keep the truth.  The peace of God will keep the mind of those that keep Jesus on their mind, because of trusting in God.

There is strength in Jesus Christ the Lord.

There is something about Jesus.  There is something about the truth.  There is something about trusting in the Lord.  There is just something about Jesus.

Oh, how He loves you and me.  Oh, how He loves you and me.  And purchased our salvation.  Way back on Calvary (song lyrics).

Have you received the Holy Ghost since you first believed?  Have you been born again of the water and the Spirit?  Isn't it time to?

Music was one of the things that drew me to want to go to Church when I was not saved.   I use to love to hear and 'feel' the spirit of the songs.  Back then, the singers would sing unto the Lord.  They were not paid to sing.  They were not seeking recording contracts.  They would sing unto the Lord.  The would sing about the Lord.  So, when one went to hear the singers, your soul got touched whether you wanted it to or not. I can remember going to the Holiness Churches.  The praise was different too.  When the Saints praised God back then, it was real.  When the Saints did dance 'in the Spirit', it was real.  You could feel it.  There was always this 'presence' in the Holiness Church that I could not explain....then.  But that presence kind of held you captive, whether you wanted it o or not.  And, sometimes Church would go on for hours, but no one cared.  And, if one of the Saints said something to you that the Lord gave them for you, you knew it and felt it

"For I testify unto every man that heareth the words of the prophecy of this book, If any man shall add unto these things, God shall add unto him the plagues that are written in this book: And if any man shall take away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away his part out of the book of life, and out of the holy city, and from the things which are written in this book."   Revelations 22:18-19 The scriptures are plain.  The Bible is not to be played with.  The words written in it are to be taught and preached unto the soul of men.  To add to the what the Lord has already said will bring plagues upon man kind.  To take away from what the word says, will cause a person's part in the holy city (Heaven) to be removed.  So, why would anyone try and change what the Bible says?  Cute sayings do not lead a soul to salvation.  It takes the Word preached and taught.  The Bible says specifically that the word is God ( John 1:1 ).   The Bible says specifical
