Holiness Living

My prayer is that the People of God will not get weary of living holy.  It seems like there is a spirit that is making some of the Saints grow tired of praying, fasting, studying the Bible, going to Church regularly, witnessing, living a clean life.  Seems like more and more I hear of Saints wanting to or actually going to movies, dances, even drinking (just a little they say).  And then there are the children of the Saints.  The young people seem more interested in the world than the work of the Lord or just the Lord Himself.

There is too much back biting, lying, and sin going on.  How can the Church witness to the world if the Church want to be like the world?  What happened to altar calls?  Elders laying hands?   All night prayer meetings?  Tarrying at the altar?  I fear that the electronic world (TV, computers, I phones, text messages,email,instagram, twitter) has loosed a spirit among the people that is going to take over the Spirit of Holiness if the Saints don't get back to the old land mark.

What is happening?  Now is not the time to slack off.  Evil is everywhere.  Laws are being passed that go against the Word of God.  The Saints need to be seeking the face of the Lord like never before.

The church has sung enough songs and danced enough.  It is time to fight that devil in Jesus Name!!!

There is a scripture that tells us, if it were possible, the very elect will be fooled.  It says, "For there shall arise false Christs, and false prophets, and shall shew great signs, and wonders; insomuch that, if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect".  Mt. 24:24

It is time to pray, Saints!

#A Lot of Singing,#Shouting,#Tongue Talking,#Playing

Music was one of the things that drew me to want to go to Church when I was not saved.   I use to love to hear and 'feel' the spirit of the songs.  Back then, the singers would sing unto the Lord.  They were not paid to sing.  They were not seeking recording contracts.  They would sing unto the Lord.  The would sing about the Lord.  So, when one went to hear the singers, your soul got touched whether you wanted it to or not. I can remember going to the Holiness Churches.  The praise was different too.  When the Saints praised God back then, it was real.  When the Saints did dance 'in the Spirit', it was real.  You could feel it.  There was always this 'presence' in the Holiness Church that I could not explain....then.  But that presence kind of held you captive, whether you wanted it o or not.  And, sometimes Church would go on for hours, but no one cared.  And, if one of the Saints said something to you that the Lord gave them for you, you knew it and felt it

"For I testify unto every man that heareth the words of the prophecy of this book, If any man shall add unto these things, God shall add unto him the plagues that are written in this book: And if any man shall take away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away his part out of the book of life, and out of the holy city, and from the things which are written in this book."   Revelations 22:18-19 The scriptures are plain.  The Bible is not to be played with.  The words written in it are to be taught and preached unto the soul of men.  To add to the what the Lord has already said will bring plagues upon man kind.  To take away from what the word says, will cause a person's part in the holy city (Heaven) to be removed.  So, why would anyone try and change what the Bible says?  Cute sayings do not lead a soul to salvation.  It takes the Word preached and taught.  The Bible says specifically that the word is God ( John 1:1 ).   The Bible says specifical
