Most of the blogs are teachings on how to get saved and then stay saved. The  Bible is the only reference used.  With so much going on and so much false teaching, now more than ever the Word of God needs to go out.  If one person is saved through all this, amen.  For this is the purpose of the Church.  Jesus said he came to seek and save the lost.  Most just do not realize they are lost.

Good job, nice home, nice car, extra money in the bank, but lost.  Nice friends, even attend a church regularly, but lost.  Will give to charity every now and then, but still lost.  Children grow up to be good, contributing citizens, but still lost.

The longer the Lord delays his coming, the more wicked man becomes.  And even some of those that profess to love the Lord are taking on the ways of the wicked.  I thought about the scripture that says, "Follow peace with all men, and holiness, without which no man shall  see the Lord."  Hebrews 12:14.

In this verse the Lord tells us to follow peace and to follow holiness.  The people of God are not to be involved with trouble, arguing, fighting with others.  The people of God are commanded to follow peace.  As much as lies within you live peaceable with all men.  The people of God should not be trouble makers.  Then He tells us to follow holiness.  He did not say follow man, follow a religion, follow a convention, follow someones bylaws, follow a certain fellowship.  He said to follow holiness.  If one takes the time to study the Word of God as relates to holiness, one would be able to see as the Lord opens up the understanding, what holiness is.  My prayer is as times begins to wind up, men, women, boys and girls will seek the Lord and the holiness He is going to require of them.

Without holiness, no man will see the Lord.  No man.

#A Lot of Singing,#Shouting,#Tongue Talking,#Playing

Music was one of the things that drew me to want to go to Church when I was not saved.   I use to love to hear and 'feel' the spirit of the songs.  Back then, the singers would sing unto the Lord.  They were not paid to sing.  They were not seeking recording contracts.  They would sing unto the Lord.  The would sing about the Lord.  So, when one went to hear the singers, your soul got touched whether you wanted it to or not. I can remember going to the Holiness Churches.  The praise was different too.  When the Saints praised God back then, it was real.  When the Saints did dance 'in the Spirit', it was real.  You could feel it.  There was always this 'presence' in the Holiness Church that I could not explain....then.  But that presence kind of held you captive, whether you wanted it o or not.  And, sometimes Church would go on for hours, but no one cared.  And, if one of the Saints said something to you that the Lord gave them for you, you knew it and felt it

"For I testify unto every man that heareth the words of the prophecy of this book, If any man shall add unto these things, God shall add unto him the plagues that are written in this book: And if any man shall take away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away his part out of the book of life, and out of the holy city, and from the things which are written in this book."   Revelations 22:18-19 The scriptures are plain.  The Bible is not to be played with.  The words written in it are to be taught and preached unto the soul of men.  To add to the what the Lord has already said will bring plagues upon man kind.  To take away from what the word says, will cause a person's part in the holy city (Heaven) to be removed.  So, why would anyone try and change what the Bible says?  Cute sayings do not lead a soul to salvation.  It takes the Word preached and taught.  The Bible says specifically that the word is God ( John 1:1 ).   The Bible says specifical
