"Thus saith the Lord, stand ye in the ways, and see, and ask for the old paths, where is the good way, and walk therein, and ye shall find rest for your souls.  But they said, We will not walk therein".

Holiness does not change.  As each day passes, there is a large majority that continues to try and change the standards of Holiness.  The Word of God still says to be ye Holy for I am Holy.

In ministry, there is space for compromise or taking down.  The conveniences of the world will make one lazy in seeking the Lord.  Holiness requires consecration, fasting and praying.  Fasting will be a hot topic next month.  But who will really be fasting as taught by the word of God?

As a minister of the Gospel, I can not agree with anything that the Word teaches against.  Call it old fashion, out of date, or whatever.  But the word of God is the word of God.  He has taught us not to add anything to it or take anything from it.

Example, watch night service use to be a time when the Saints would gather and pray and seek the Lord into the New Year.  Now, it is a time for 'fun', games, movies!!!  Since when should the Church be a place for movies and games?  Who started that?  Who said it was ok?  My Lord and my God!!

As the Lord allows me to live an breathe, we will teach the Word of God how it is written.  For what if some did not believe?  Shall their unbelief make the faith of God without effect?  God forbid:  yea, let God be true, but every man a liar, as it is written,.."  Romans 2:3,4a

#A Lot of Singing,#Shouting,#Tongue Talking,#Playing

Music was one of the things that drew me to want to go to Church when I was not saved.   I use to love to hear and 'feel' the spirit of the songs.  Back then, the singers would sing unto the Lord.  They were not paid to sing.  They were not seeking recording contracts.  They would sing unto the Lord.  The would sing about the Lord.  So, when one went to hear the singers, your soul got touched whether you wanted it to or not. I can remember going to the Holiness Churches.  The praise was different too.  When the Saints praised God back then, it was real.  When the Saints did dance 'in the Spirit', it was real.  You could feel it.  There was always this 'presence' in the Holiness Church that I could not explain....then.  But that presence kind of held you captive, whether you wanted it o or not.  And, sometimes Church would go on for hours, but no one cared.  And, if one of the Saints said something to you that the Lord gave them for you, you knew it and felt it

"For I testify unto every man that heareth the words of the prophecy of this book, If any man shall add unto these things, God shall add unto him the plagues that are written in this book: And if any man shall take away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away his part out of the book of life, and out of the holy city, and from the things which are written in this book."   Revelations 22:18-19 The scriptures are plain.  The Bible is not to be played with.  The words written in it are to be taught and preached unto the soul of men.  To add to the what the Lord has already said will bring plagues upon man kind.  To take away from what the word says, will cause a person's part in the holy city (Heaven) to be removed.  So, why would anyone try and change what the Bible says?  Cute sayings do not lead a soul to salvation.  It takes the Word preached and taught.  The Bible says specifically that the word is God ( John 1:1 ).   The Bible says specifical
