We just finished three days of preaching thanking the Lord for 9 years as a Pastor at Steadfast Apostolic Church.  The Elder brought messages that allowed for the soul to eat.  I was so grateful for that.  The final message he preached came from the book of Jude vs. 3, "Beloved, when I gave all diligence to write unto you of the common salvation, it was needful for me to write unto you, and exhort you that ye should earnestly contend for the faith which was once delivered unto the saints."

I took that message to heart.  The Elder said the Lord gave it to him for our Church.  The times have led us to a place where men do not want to hear the truth or be told the truth.  Everyone wants to live by their own convictions and still made it to Heaven.  When the Word of God speaks about conviction, it is talking about being convicted of the fact that one is not living according to the Bible.

When the world was destroyed the first time, only 8 souls were saved and that was Noah's family.  One family with one name.  When the world is destroyed again, there will be only one family with one name saved.  The family will be the Children of God with the Jesus Name baptism evident by speaking in other tongues as the Spirit give utterance and by the manifestation of the fruit of the Spirit in the life.

Men can say what they want, but the Word of God teaches Holiness.  The Word of God teaches being born again of the water and the spirit.  The Word of God teaches repentance.  The Word of God teaches modestly.  The Word of God teaches love according to how God loves.

Verse 4 of Jude says, "For there are certain men crept in unawares, who were before of old ordained to this condemnation, ungodly men, turning the grace of out God into lasciviousness, and denying the only Lord God, and our Lord Jesus Christ".    Prosperity preaching is not of God according to this verse.  Only being concerned about stuff and money is not of God.

The standard of Holiness is straight and tight.  No one can change it.  Therefore, I am fully persuaded to preach and teach it the way it is written.  I am not concerned about having a lot of people.  For I know the responsibility associated with souls sitting under your teaching.  I am not concerned with getting a big building to be full of people that do not know the Lord.  I am concerned about contending for the faith so that the man, woman, child seeing the Lord can find Him when they come to Steadfast Apostolic Church.

Those playing with the Word will not be comfortable around Steadfast.  But those that love Jesus, will embrace it.

I thank the Lord for His work and His people.

"Follow peace with all men, and holiness, without which no man shall see the Lord:".  Hebr. 12:14

#A Lot of Singing,#Shouting,#Tongue Talking,#Playing

Music was one of the things that drew me to want to go to Church when I was not saved.   I use to love to hear and 'feel' the spirit of the songs.  Back then, the singers would sing unto the Lord.  They were not paid to sing.  They were not seeking recording contracts.  They would sing unto the Lord.  The would sing about the Lord.  So, when one went to hear the singers, your soul got touched whether you wanted it to or not. I can remember going to the Holiness Churches.  The praise was different too.  When the Saints praised God back then, it was real.  When the Saints did dance 'in the Spirit', it was real.  You could feel it.  There was always this 'presence' in the Holiness Church that I could not explain....then.  But that presence kind of held you captive, whether you wanted it o or not.  And, sometimes Church would go on for hours, but no one cared.  And, if one of the Saints said something to you that the Lord gave them for you, you knew it and felt it

"For I testify unto every man that heareth the words of the prophecy of this book, If any man shall add unto these things, God shall add unto him the plagues that are written in this book: And if any man shall take away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away his part out of the book of life, and out of the holy city, and from the things which are written in this book."   Revelations 22:18-19 The scriptures are plain.  The Bible is not to be played with.  The words written in it are to be taught and preached unto the soul of men.  To add to the what the Lord has already said will bring plagues upon man kind.  To take away from what the word says, will cause a person's part in the holy city (Heaven) to be removed.  So, why would anyone try and change what the Bible says?  Cute sayings do not lead a soul to salvation.  It takes the Word preached and taught.  The Bible says specifically that the word is God ( John 1:1 ).   The Bible says specifical
